#41. “Lost and Found”

#42. “Bite of the Beast”

Thank you Chin Yew! 30dayartist.com practically gave birth to us. Not everything was pretty. This month we’ve argued more than we have in the past 3 years we’ve been together—hehe. But we also have made huge strides and found where our work can mesh. It’s been quite a learning process. This site has taught us how to be creative again. Yay! We’re eternally grateful and we will definitely stick around to support our fellow artists.

We still have our individual sites but we’ll be collaborating on a new site soon

Into The Night… I Cry Out… For Him…

into to the woods at night for pink berries and flowers
she has trouble sleeping again.

stumbling upon the glowing pink berry
she thought bright white spots passed
in the corner of her eye

and she thought about cataracts.

forget sounds crickets make in the woods—she heard chirping ghosts.
they were nearby and made her lower lip quiver
mustering memories of every disney movie ever seen…

they were no help.

they bleated like goats,
moaning and ghostly cries going “wooo, woooo, wooo,”
perhaps they were ghosts of the woods,
or because ghosts and goats sound the same,
eh, who knows?

portugal, with blue eyes cried
thought of all the bad she’s done,
how sorry she was
she didn’t eat the vegetables or exercise enough,
that she didn’t take recycling seriously.
most importantly, how she has not yet met
her one true love.

at 6 am
her cheeks were bone dry

The crying truck, cock and damsel in distress

christmas2-900x900.jpg

here’s what happened. it was a couple of days before christmas when the lady told the rooster,

“i’m sorry my mouth is full of sharp darts and when you talk to me when i’m sleepy all these sharp darts shoot off in a million different directions, the truck is on its way and it’s gonna get me and i know i ask a lot from you but you have to save me this time, or atleast accept my apology.”

the rooster said

“hitler had a change of heart”

the truck said

“i don’t know why i’m crying but i’m running out of gas and i’m going 500 miles per hour to get to you.”

House of the chocolate addict

It’s only $10 a year. You’ll get it online. But you won’t get the jumbo, the stupid puzzle.

A legendary church built within a cave where many came to worship, and many came to die. A peaceful end to their suffering.

On top of their holy lake. Some believe this cave was a sacred place. 1000 feet up in the sky. It’s all inside the cave. A graveyard for 1000s of pilgrims who came here. A layer cake. Swampy ground. Grillage. This is really floating on a sacred lake. We stepped away out of respect. Can I use this flashlight in here? This is incredible. The ultimate. Look over here another one. Skull skull skull. You’re looking at a bone yard. This was a new Jerusalem. A place where you can be closer to god. Fall off here and you are gone.

These are the keys to what America needs right now. If you want value in paper towels I’ve got news. Everyone in the family needs to love where they sleep. I think he actually said, “I hear angels singing.” he had a dream of a mountaintop church. Up there in those steep rocky cliffs. Our guide brought a group of local men to help with our mission. Buried on the path along the way are the churches faithful guardians. They really wanted to get away from it all. This is a sacred place where we take off our shoes. You fall off that and you’re gone. One of the nine saints. Could have cost them their lives. Children are baptized here. This priest scales the cliff several times a week. Those are very very old. Sheepskin. Geez is the oldest language in ethopia. Involved different rituals. That mystery continues today.

Human civilization has come a long way in the past 1000 years. Much of what we have discovered we may have just rediscovered.

As the weather cleared the captain of the sponge divers decided to make the most of his unplanned stop by plunging into the ocean. Terrified he quickly signaled to be pulled back into the boat. This ship was not destined to survive. Here she sunk. And here she lay. This rusty lump of corrosion held the key. They were inquisitive and inventive.

Although much less complex, there were many similarities. Love your mother. Then choose one of five charities. If we don’t have any food we’re gonna die. $7 will fill over two big boxes of food—Cuz ya can’t eat somethin thatcha ain’t got.

The greatest puzzle of all was to determine the rise and fall off the sun. He was the son of a simple barber. The constant dripping of water would inspire his greatest invention. As the water level dropped the water would come out more slowly. He had become the master of time. The woman is a gorgon with snakes for hair. When you look up her eyes change color to indicate a change in time.

This is the only way to ride on another planet. See all the wonderful toys. Just $5 bucks! It’s a complete sleep aid kit for only 97 cents. Sometimes progress is knowing when to stop. Hot chocolate kids will never forget it. The army is too weak. These guys represent the last line of defense. But this isn’t a tomb along with a sundial.

Examine the mechanism in detail for the first time. Looking through the corrosion he was amazed. I shall resign the presidency tomorrow. What we were doing was not criminal. Ho ho ho. You’re concerned of course. Just don’t let your emotions get in the way of your long term goals. It really hurt when I couldn’t play rocky’s game. Stop itching start healing. You could be a sinner and you wouldn’t even know it.

He knew he needed to do more than look at it. He needed to build one of his own. A train of events that would ironically lead to his own death. With the aid of ghostly x-rays. The drawings look fine on paper. The problem is when you build it it doesn’t work. This was a model with a difference. Changing the shape of the teeth was the secret to making it work.

My bionic ear won’t cost you six million dollars.
