inspiration

is sometimes elusive

two rather lacklustre ink paintings – not really in the mood to make art today

then tried another 20-minute ink painting – like the poppies which turned out so lovely in an earlier post – but this one is not so pretty…

playing in Photoshop is almost always fun
feels kind of like cheating, though – making a blah painting and then improving it on the computer
but hey, make use of all available tools, right?

even when you paint flowers, they seem to have a very structural form

    yeah…

the underlying structures of things is what really fascinates me
I grew up with brothers, playtime was building bridges with Lego & that sort of thing

    guess it shows, huh
