Upside down

upside down

……. not my world but the method of drawing :D .

A week ago when I was fine tuning the work I’ll be displaying at the next exhibition my husband reminded me of an upside down drawing I’d done and asked me to frame one and make some more and then this morning I had a comment which referred to the same technique but for painting.

This didnt work out as well as the last one. I’m warming up to the technique again :P Planning to try it out on a painting soon. You can read/see more of my earlier post on this method of drawing here if you’re interested.

this piece reminds me a little
    of Frank Miller’s artwork.

you haven’t read any of his stuff?

300 is the most recent famous
work that the big screen has adapted.

my all time favorite is his
    future dark version of Batman.

grab his graphic novel, Dark Knight Returns!

i swear you won’t regret it!

his first Sin City graphic novel
is the only one I dig.

‘Dame to Kill For’ is not bad either.
