First of all, I would like to thank cy and ming to offer me such a good opportunity to explore the fun of creating personal work again.

Good evening. It's been awhile, after a long break of not creating personal work since i've been engaged myself in the world of commercial 2 years ago.

And I know that I'm going to create a series of car imagery for the next days with different theme. I got a bit lost today after such a long break. I didn't do any sketch before I get my hands busy infront of the computer. I don't quite like the composition, hopefully it's gonna
be better for the next one.

Just in case that somebody may misunderstand that this is a photograph, I would like to show the 3D wireframe of the image above. ;)

I am not good in expressing myself, perhaps I will write more and more for
the coming days.I would like to talk about car abit more here. I like car but it
doesn't mean I like to own a nice one. I like to spend countless hour to stare at it.
I obsess with its reflective surface, its shinny clear lacque, its aerodynamic
curvature and the way those speckle react to light.

Most of the time, my work doesn't convey any message nor contain a narration. It is either a pure real life observation or some abstract forms conceive spontaneously from my mind based on the collective unconcious and numereous study of geometric shapes and grid system.
This time, I am trying to inject some narration to my work.

I was sick. I know is late to post.

My house got electricity interference yesterday,
I started to work at 9pm. and send my work to render at 3'am.

I woke up at 9am this morning. Continue to touch up day2 piece
until 11a.m.

Today, time is tide, i got to attend math tuition 8pm and
I haven't been done any home assignment yet......

Well, is about to examine my time management skill now.

Here is my day02 piece, done in rush, not really satisfy......

Actually, I have shifted the order of timeframe a bit. Today piece is actually
the past of yesterday piece.
He is entering the threshold with expectations.
He is a boy full of curiousity.
He was so tempted to enter the next dimension.

Now, he make it.
Unknown path is waiting for him........................

My workplace.

Work Title:- " Maze "
This piece looks very 80's sci-fi. I intended to make it like that.
I like it very much. It reminds me of my childhood.
But the 3d looks abit dated. ;)

Back to the story, the little boy just acrossed the threshold.
He see a huge maze right infront of him.

Is the maze really exist? or he had chose to see the maze?
He is lost.... But he choose to.................. Keep up day05.


Almost 2:00am, I got an appointment this morning.
Childhood close friend called me for breakfast.
We gonna drive all the way from kulim to penang,
just for a plate of the famous BBQ Pork rice.

Cya, gotta continue the story.............

As we know that the surface of a car is reflective. The appearance of a car is varied from time to time based on its surrounding. Therefore, the surrounding determine the appearance of a car.
That's the way of the car grab attention from its surrounding because of its sleek and reflective capability.

Work Title:- " Reflection in the maze "

Continue from day04, he chose to enter the maze.
He believe he can seek for the truth in the maze.
He wouldn't know that the wall of the maze is reflective,
until he has entered it.
Well, well, well, he is reflective too.
He is confused........

Some audience is clever enough to tell what's happen next. This story is parallel. This story is architypal.... thsi story is familiar....................

But I've have choosen to complete this story.

Unfortunately, my computer motherboard blown up due to the electricity
inteference yesterday.

I have sent it to fix this afternoon.

no computer go analog...... ? erm... i have a laptop but not good enough
to do 3d.

He has spent some times wandering in the maze.
As he intended to seek for the truth in the maze..
The more he wander the more confuss he is..
He is tired..... and seek for the exit.

He wouldn't know that the exit of the maze is
actually the entrance of it.

He managed to go out from the maze.
He go out where he went in.

He is away......... away from the maze.

Work Title:- " Away "

He move as fast as he could, as long as he is far away from the maze.

He is angry.

He is angry of not being able to leave his anger behind.

Now, he just want to move, move like a raging bull.

He doesn't know when to stop....................................

He believe that as long as he is far away from the maze,

the serenity is close.

But....................
